How will I be informed about the details of my journey?

One day before your transfer, we will send you an email and a text message with all the necessary transfer details. Make sure to check your mobile phone and email. If you do not receive either a text message or an email, please call the urgent telephone number written in your booking confirmation.

I booked a Shared transfer. When will I be informed about the exact pick-up time?

One day before your transfer, we will send you an email and a text message containing the exact pick-up time and location. An hour or up to two hours before the transfer, you will also receive an SMS and an e-mail with carrier info, driver's contact and other transfer details. Our emails and text messages are usually sent before noon, but if you do not receive them until the evening preceding your transfer, please call our urgent telephone number written in your booking confirmation.
