Absolutely No Worries package
The Absolutely No Worries package is a unique solution for all GoOpti passengers traveling to or from an airport. It was designed to make your journey with GoOpti as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
What does it include?
In case you miss your flight because your GoOpti transfer got delayed due to unpredictable events stated in tour Terms and Conditions, we find and buy you a new flight ticket to the same destination and of the same class to make sure you continue your journey as quickly as possible. If needed, we also find and pay for overnight accommodations.
In case the airline carrier notifies you about a rescheduling of your flight at least 48 hours in advance, we arrange a new GoOpti transfer to the airport. If you flight gets delayed at arrival or is rerouted to land at another airport, we arrange a new GoOpti transfer or another replacement transfer for free.
How to buy and use the package?
You can select the Absolutely No Worries package only when booking transfers to or from airports. You can buy the package only for all passengers at once in one booking.
The package can also be bought after the booking has been made. It can be bought in myOpti, but only if you booked a transfer to the airport and entered your flight data at booking.
If you buy the Absolutely No Worries package together with a return transfer, you will get the package for the return direction for free!
