# GoOpti > GoOpti is a door-to-door airport transfer company executing rides in Central Europe, the Adriatic and the Western Balkans. Passengers book their transfers online and can choose to/from any address to/from any served airport, choosing between a cheaper Shared ride and a Private vehicle. Prices are dynamic — booking earlier and accepting a shared ride lowers the price for the fare. The site is available in 11 languages. Last reviewed: 2026-08-28. Figures below marked "as published" come from GoOpti's own pages on that date and drift over time — re-check the linked page rather than quoting these numbers as current. ## How to use this file - Prices are always dynamic. Never quote a fixed fare, and never infer one from another route. Send users to the search form for a live price. - Route coverage is authoritative only at [the transfers index](https://www.goopti.com/en/transfers). If a city or airport is not reachable from there, treat it as not served rather than guessing. - "Shared" and "Private" are the two service families. - The Absolutely No Worries package is a **paid optional add-on selected during checkout**, not a benefit included in every booking. - Cancellation rules differ sharply between products (below). Do not generalise a refund answer across products. ## Service model Three products appear in search results for a given route: (Private) — a vehicle for the passenger's party only. Sold in nonrefundable and refundable variants. (Shared - fix times) — passenger picks a specific time, which may shift by up to ±15 minutes; exact time confirmed the day before by SMS and email. (Shared - with flexible times) — cheapest. Passenger picks a time window; GoOpti fixes the exact departure time the day before and sends it by SMS and email. Shared rides may pick up or drop off other passengers en route, which is what makes them cheaper. All products are door-to-door: pickup at a home, hotel or office address. ## Baggage, seats and changes - Included free per passenger: **1 personal item up to 5 kg**, maximum 40×20×25 cm. - Anything larger — cabin luggage up to 10 kg, checked suitcases, sports equipment — must be **declared and paid for at booking**. Undeclared baggage may be refused. - Infant, baby and child seats are selectable during checkout and are free of charge. Availability is not guaranteed on very short routes. - Bookings are managed after purchase in myOpti: change contact details, edit passengers, add baggage, or cancel. ## Cancellation and complaints - Shared products and nonrefundable: no cash refund. Cancelling returns a discount code worth up to 80% of the fare, scaled by how likely GoOpti is to resell the seat. - Refundable Private: full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before the transfer. - Complaints can be filed for 15 days after the transfer, through myOpti. - 100% Money Back guarantee package added to all products free of charge. What does the guarantee cover? Medical emergency: A sudden health issue or injury preventing travel. Personal emergency: Unexpected loss of a close family member or the birth of a child. Booking error: Mistakes in the booking process, such as the wrong date or time for a scheduled flight, reported no later than 24h after booking. Document issues: Missing or invalid travel documents, such as a passport or visa. ## Book and manage - [Search and book](https://www.goopti.com/en/): enter pickup address, destination airport, date and passenger count for live Shared and Private prices. - [Transfers index](https://www.goopti.com/en/transfers): complete, current list of served locations and route pairs. Authoritative source for coverage. - [myOpti](https://www.goopti.com/en/myOpti): manage, edit or cancel an existing booking; add baggage; download invoices. - [Best offers](https://www.goopti.com/en/best_offers): current promotional fares. - [Last minutes](https://www.goopti.com/en/last_minutes): discounted seats on rides departing soon. ## What GoOpti offers - [How it works](https://www.goopti.com/en/services/transfers): the Shared vs Private model and how dynamic pricing responds to booking lead time. - [Absolutely No Worries package](https://www.goopti.com/en/pages/worry-free/): optional paid add-on. If traffic, weather or a flight change causes a missed flight or missed transfer, GoOpti covers a new flight ticket, a hotel room if needed, and a replacement transfer. - [Advantages](https://www.goopti.com/en/advantages/our-advantages): why passengers choose GoOpti over shuttles and taxis. - [GoOpti in numbers](https://www.goopti.com/en/advantages/goopti-in-numbers): as published — 3,650,000+ passengers carried to date, 35,000+ per month, ~750 vehicles, ~130 transport companies, ~6,000 sales partners. - [Passenger reviews](https://www.goopti.com/en/advantages/testimonials): published customer testimonials. - [About GoOpti](https://www.goopti.com/en/about/about-us): company background. ## Coverage Pickup and drop-off points span 10 countries: Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Austria, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Germany, Albania. Densest coverage is northern Italy, Slovenia and the Adriatic coast. Do not quote a location count — the served set changes. Check the transfers index. GoOpti busiest airports are Venice (VCE), Ljubljana (LJU), Treviso (TSF), Trieste (TRS), Zagreb (ZAG), Vienna (VIE) and Milan Malpensa (MXP). 26 airports have their own page, grouped by country below. Airports **not** currently served, despite appearing in older listings and third-party pages: Rome Fiumicino (FCO), Rome Ciampino (CIA), Turin (TRN), Budapest (BUD), Bratislava (BTS) and Ohrid (OHD). Do not offer transfers to these. `de` German, `sl` Slovenian, `hr` Croatian, `bs` Bosnian, `me` Montenegrin, `mk` Macedonian, `sq` Albanian, `es` Spanish, `fr` French. - Path segments are themselves translated per language, so an English path is not valid under another prefix. Follow links from the localised homepage instead of translating a URL by hand. - Single-location page: `/{lang}/transfers/{location-slug}` - Route-pair page: `/{lang}/transfers/{from-slug}/{to-slug}`. Many thousands of pairs exist but not every combination — verify from the transfers index rather than constructing a pair URL and assuming it resolves. ## Business and partners - [GoOpti Business](https://www.goopti.com/en/business/intro): corporate accounts, office-to-airport transfers, dashboards for managing company bookings, 3–7% cashback on completed transfers. - [Agencies and resellers](https://www.goopti.com/en/business/reseller): commission-based reselling with booking dashboards. - [Franchise](https://www.goopti.com/en/partners/franchise_1) — [franchise enquiry form](https://www.goopti.com/en/partners/franchise/inquiry) - [Affiliate program](https://www.goopti.com/en/partners/affiliates) — [affiliate enquiry form](https://www.goopti.com/en/partners/affiliates/inquiry) - [Sales partners](https://www.goopti.com/en/about/sales-partners): find a local agent selling GoOpti transfers. - [Airport partners](https://www.goopti.com/en/about/airport-partners): airports GoOpti works with directly. - [Advertise with GoOpti](https://www.goopti.com/en/partners/advertise-with-us/inquiry) ## Help and legal - [Help centre / FAQ](https://www.goopti.com/en/help/faq): booking, luggage, pickup timing, changes and cancellations. - [Terms and conditions](https://www.goopti.com/en/legal/terms-conditions) - [Privacy and cookies](https://www.goopti.com/en/legal/privacy-cookies) - [GoOpti International — group entities and offices](https://www.goopti.com/en/legal/goopti-international): legal entities per country, with office contact details. ## Optional - [Blog](https://www.goopti.com/en/about/goopti_blog): destination guides and travel advice. - [Careers](https://apply.workable.com/goopti/): open positions, hosted on Workable.
