Milan Linate Airport
Linate Airport is the city airport of Milan, located just 7 kilometers outside the Milan city center. The airport is practical, convenient and easy to reach by road or public transport. The airport served more than 9,5 million passengers in 2015 and is used as a base by Alitalia and Alitalia CityLiner. 19 airline companies fly to 45 European destinations in 14 countries. Linate Airport is a middle-sized airport and it consists of a three-storey passenger terminal building.
Getting around
The ground level of Linate Airport terminal contains the check-in and separate baggage reclaim facilities as well as service counters and a secondary departure gate area for bus-boarding. There are also a pharmacy, a newsstand, clothing shops, a restaurant, snack bars, a cash machine, a bank and post office and a drug store on the ground floor. The first floor features the main departure area with several shops, restaurants and service facilities. You can shop at Burberry and Hugo Boss. The second floor is used for office space and restaurants.
Wi-Fi
Linate Airport offers passengers three different Wi-Fi options. You can use the WiFi Free connection and surf the web free of charge at 512 Kbps speed and with no time limit. No registration is required. The WiFi Plus Free offers free connection at 2 Mbps speed but it requires a registration with the ViaMilano Program. If you have an account with one of Linate’s roaming partners (BOING , B-TEL o I-PASS) you can choose the WiFi Roaming from the menu, access it with your credentials and surf online for free.
How to reach the airport and where to park
Milano Linate Airport can be easily reached by car from the North (A4/A51), from the West (Viale Forlanini) and from the East (A35-Brebemi) via the Rivoltana provicial road. To reach Viale Forlanini from the East Ring Road (Tangenziale Est) of Milan (A51), leave at exit 6 towards Linate - V. le Forlanini – Milan Center, following the signs for Linate. To reach the Airport from the Liscate Barrier of the A35-Brebemi, continue on the A35 VAR and take the Rivoltana provincial road, following the signs for Linate, until the Novegro roundabout/traffic lights (in the Municipality of Segrate), from which you can reach the airport itself. There are more than 4,000 open-air and covered parking spaces at the airport and the weekly parking fee ranges from EUR 65 to EUR 145, depending on which parking area you choose.
When to arrive at the airport
Since Linate Airport is not very big or busy, two hours prior to your scheduled flight should be enough to pass through all the airport procedures.

When traveling from Linate Airport, your GoOpti driver will drop you off at the Departures entrance on the first floor.
GoOpti pick-up
After you have landed at Linate Airport and you have recovered your luggage and passed through the border control, your GoOpti van will pick you up in front of the Departures entrance on the first floor.
Lieu de départ
After you have landed at Linate Airport and you have recovered your luggage and passed through the border control, go to your right and up the escalator to reach the first floor. Leave the Terminal through exit number 3. Your GoOpti vehicle will be waiting for you in front of the exit.
Arrivées GoOpti
When traveling from Linate Airport, your GoOpti driver will drop you off at the Departures entrance on the first floor.
