How does it work?

One day before the transfer, we will send you a text message and an email containing the exact location and time of departure. Once you arrive at the pick-up location, our driver will take care of all your luggage and make sure it is stored in the rear compartment of the vehicle. When all passengers are safely and comfortably seated inside the vehicle, the transfer will begin.

You will receive the exact departure time by SMS and email the day before your transfer. The driver's phone number is available in the mobile app and in the chat 15 minutes before departure. Transfer notifications are usually sent before noon, but if you still haven't received yours by the evening before the transfer, please check your spam folder.

Each passenger can bring 1 piece of hand luggage (up to 5 kg) free of charge. Any additional luggage can only be transported if it was added and paid for at the time of booking. You can add and pay for luggage up to 10 kg (maximum dimensions 55x40x23 cm), luggage up to 20 kg (maximum dimensions 70x57x32 cm), luggage up to 32 kg (maximum dimensions 93x76x42 cm) or special-size luggage.

Additional luggage prices: up to 10 kg - €1 /piece/direction, up to 20 kg - €3 /piece/direction, up to 32 kg - €5 /piece/direction, special-size luggage - €27 /piece/direction

You can add extra luggage after booking as follows: via your myOpti profile – up to 48 hours before departure:

  • Log in to your account on the GoOpti website.
  • Find your booking in the View your bookings section.
  • Select the option to add luggage and follow the payment instructions.

Please note that the carrier will not be able to transport luggage that has not been added to the booking, so we reserve the right to refuse to transport such luggage.

Important: for operational reasons, extra luggage cannot be added less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure. If GoOpti has to add your luggage on your behalf, an additional fee of €10 per piece will be charged.

Once a transfer has been booked, its date and time can no longer be changed. However, you can cancel the transfer and we will send you a discount code worth part of your booking value, which you can use to book a new transfer with the correct date/time. The amount of the discount depends on when the booking is cancelled. The discount can be worth at most 70% and at least 10% of the amount paid. The discount code will reduce the price of your new transfer. You can cancel your booking in the myOpti tab.

If you have booked a shared transfer, the driver cannot wait for passengers who are late, out of consideration for the other passengers. GoOpti aims to start every transfer at the time stated in the transfer notification. If you have booked a private transfer and your arrival is delayed because of another carrier (e.g. an airline), the driver will do their best to wait for you for up to one hour.

If you have the Absolutely No Worries package and are notified of a flight change more than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, we will arrange a free replacement transfer for you, provided you let us know in time. In this case, please write to us at [email protected].

Regardless of the type of transfer, please let us know about any delay as soon as you learn of it by calling the emergency number you received in the SMS and email transfer notification. This way we can check the options for carrying out your transfer in good time.

Pets can be transported, but a few conditions apply. Animals are only allowed on private transfers, as suitable conditions for transporting animals cannot be ensured when the vehicle is shared with other passengers. Each animal must be placed in a suitable travel crate or cage to ensure its safety and comfort during the ride.

Yes. Before paying, select the option to issue the invoice to a company and enter the company details. For online bookings made on the GoOpti website, the invoice is issued on the day of the transfer and sent to your email address.

If your transfer is more than 48 hours away, you can change the location in the myOpti tab - select the "Edit passenger, luggage and flight details" tab and open your booking, then make the change under "Edit passengers, change locations". The change may require an additional payment. Pick-up and/or drop-off locations cannot be changed less than 48 hours before departure.

You can cancel your transfer in myOpti. You will be offered several cancellation options: cancelling the entire booking, cancelling the outbound part of the transfer, cancelling the return part of the transfer or removing a passenger from the booking. Select the appropriate option and follow the cancellation steps.

A refund is only possible for private transfers booked with the refund option and cancelled at least 48 hours before departure. In line with the GoOpti General Terms and Conditions, shared transfers are not refundable upon cancellation; however, the system will issue a discount code worth part of your booking value. The amount of the discount depends on when the booking is cancelled. The discount can be worth at most 70% and at least 10% of the amount paid.

The Absolutely No Worries package is an optional paid GoOpti service that provides extra security and protection for your transfer. It can only be added to transfers to/from airports, not on other routes. The Absolutely No Worries package costs from €6 per person (depending on the route).
